138 Victory Ship Way Pinnacle Hotel At The Pier V7L 0B1, North Vancouver
Free wifi-yes. Do not know on tv ports.
Mostly 3-4pm
Take the Canada Line to waterfront station. Then the seabus to Lonsdale Quay. Pinnacle about a block away.
Its best to call the front desk. They are usually pretty good at accommodating
You can enjoy a fantastic view of Vancouver downtown which is just a 20min ferry away from the hotel. Theres lots of cozy and local restaurants around the hotel. Every summer theres a lot of food caravans parked outside the hotel with diff musical and family events lined up everynight.
Overall a good experience. The food was tasty and well presented! The customer service was great. My water glass never got empty. I would definatly have it again The menu has about 3 options per course. ( for thier 74$ for 2 menu) which was pretty good. There is parking at the hotel
I've had brunch here, and got the crab cake eggs Benny! It was amazing. Great flavours and everything was professionally prepared, no shortcuts taken, and you can taste it.I've also had two two person three course meals here, and both were excellent! Mussels were almost as good as the mussels in Brussels (close but no cigar), and the beef carpaccio was flavourful!
Friendly staffs, great food, I like it
Quality of food was not bad, but not quite my kind of food. Dessert was too sweet for me. They have live music and can get busy. Service was good.
Went to the Lobby Restaurant using a Groupon, the food was decent nothing disappointing, dessert was really nice combo of mini dishes. Not a bad start to a developing area.
Had Groupon deal where dinner for 2 are no more than $65, each person has 3 course meal.
Consistent service and good food - we often go here to celebrate family events in a more casual setting.
This place looks better than it taste. Service is good, but they do expect high tips from you. Service does change depending on your tips afterwards. If I have to go back there, will leave only a cent. Awww and don't go for the food, half price is still not worth it.
The lounge in this hotel is very relaxing. Friendly staff and food is good. Close to the market and waterfront pier from which you can see the beautiful downtown skyline. At various times of the year they have jazz musicians for you to enjoy. A must visit.
Came here on via a groupon 3 course special. The menu was basically a smaller selection of items off the regular menu. The atmosphere of the restaurant is quite casual. The food was quite good and they are good about making adjustments based on dietary needs. The food took a bit more time to come out compared to other restaurants so it's a bit on the slower side.
Recommended! Food so good! Great service and friendly staff
Very unaccomodating. Came at 530 pm with 7 people. Were surrounded by over 5 empty large tables. Told us to wait until 7pm. As much as I think reservations it's more important to sit people down and get them some food. The place doesn't even have great food and yet the service always is always the major turn off
Great food. Good live music, albeit a bit too loud.
Been here a few times and it's been a good experience every time. Pleasant and courteous staff. Well done meals. Had the prime rib this last time and it was perfectly done, juicy and tender. The calamari appetizer was meaty, tender and not fried until dry. Well priced meals and generous portions unlike many hotel restaurants. Leisurely atmosphere. Cost of 2 hours parking ($12) is taken off the bill (pay at the machine inside lobby and keep your receipt for refund).
We had the best brunch on Sunday with my girlfriends! I highly recommend the eggs "Diablo", my friend had "Brumbalaya" and both were very delicious! Also, I absolutely loved the creme brulee , it was super smooth and delicious! The best I have ever had! It's our place to go to for brunch and we are never disappointed. The waitresses Gabriela and Michaela are very friendly, kind and attentive, overall great service :).
Disappointed with Christmas Dinner $42 pp 2 course include water, all drinks at extra charge a glass of wine $18 they charged for the bread, i don’t know how but I ended up paying $170 for 2 adults and 1 child food was ok service ok nothing special. Never again!
$9 creme brulee which does NOT have a real vanilla in it. And if you leave a regular tip of 10%, then expect a visit from the manager!
Awesome meal. Awesome value with Groupon.
Delicious and friendly staff. Great evening out.
Good food good service
Three course dinner was pretty good with a tuna poke to start, a shortribs paperdelle, or halibut with seafood and a very good chocolate torte, or grand Marnier creme brulee to finish. The shortrib was tender but the sauce was under seasoned and together with the pasta was a watery tasting kind of dish as can be seen in the picture. Seemed to be lacking the richness from a mirepoix. Mussels were great. Halibut was perfectly cooked served with a nice variety of seafood in an interesting sauce.
Hit and miss on service and food consistency. Today's order was prepared incorrectly and server kept forgetting thing. Great happy hour!
We stayed at the hotel so had both dinner and breakfast there. Dinner was good. We had two appies, salmon and jambalaya entrees, a couple cocktails and two glasses of wine. And they were all fine. Breakfast was meh and service was really slow even with only two tables. Waitress disappeared when we tried to settle the bill.
It was an interesting area, everything is so new. Too bad theres no view even tho its right by the pier. Our friends took us here for our anniversary dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed it cuz of them. But its North Van, I dont know if/when I would come back. Their parking lot was very confusing. You might get lost finding your car as there are 2 lots side by side, but doesn't connect.
Great food. Great service. I work nearby and come here for lunch very often. Food is great and prices are reasonable. It doesn't get too busy on weekdays and I've never had to make a reservation.
We visited this restaurant multiple times and I have enjoyed the catering for some events. The kitchen is delivering on very delicious meals. The space can be noisy if you’re sensitive to loud spaces. There’s plenty of tile and glass in the space which is beautiful but can amplify the sound. It’s often a busy place and it’s a great hub in the Lolo neighbourhood and Shipyards. Very suitable for a special occasion.
Very relaxed atmosphere, great service, and tasty food. Definitely a good option.
Love the menu and location . Highly recommend .
Always an amazing place to go. Great food and great service
This place was definitely a surprise. Close to waterfront and the quey and lots of parking. We Went there for brunch. The food was great, reasonably priced, the staff were friendly and really accommodating specialty with two small kids at the table. I personally enjoyed the egg white fertata. All the other items look great too
Great Service, Amazing Happy Hour Menu!
Mediocre experience. Ordered the pasta/pizza special with a beer for $18 - decent value for dinner on the North Shore. The spicy calamari was a disappointment, was not at all spicy. Overall service was satisfactory.. waited a while for our drinks after we had ordered them. Restaurant was pretty quiet on a Tuesday night.
We recently had our company Christmas party in a private dining room. It was perfect. The decor was classy. The staff was terrific. The food was all top notch. We felt very pampered and well looked after by all the staff and plan to return next year.
The food here is really good. The beef carpaccio and lamb dish are our faves! However, some of the drinks are way overpriced. For example, the evolve bubbles goes for $20 for a bottle in stores and they sell 6oz for $15!
Excellent menu, great service, atmosphere and prime location.I have enjoyed breakfasts, lunch ,happy hour and dinners many times.Always a great meal and service.Ceasar salads are exceptional !Prices appropriate for this wonderful location.
This review is just for one item on the menu and it is the miso ramen. Simply put, it was among the worst attempts at ramen I've ever had. The ingredients list looked okay, but when I had my first bite, it was obvious that many elements were amiss. The noodles were the wrong texture, soft and floppy with no chewiness. The vegetables were in various states of undercookedness, having absorbed none of the miso flavor or their own flavors and textures meshing with the rest of the bowl. I ordered the optional egg. It was just a plain hard-(all the way)-boiled egg that offered nothing like the traditional ajitsuke-tamago. The whole bowl was as if the chef has only looked at a photo of a ramen bowl in their entire life and threw everything together to the best of their guesses. My disappointment would not be as deep if the bowl was labeled as a "basic noodle bowl with Asian fusion twist" on the menu. 2 stars for at least being edible and tiding over my stomach.
Great little restaurant inside the pinnacle hotel. Friendly staff and great food at decent prices.
The Food is always good here and an efficient menu, with vegetarian and gluten free options. Not the most scenic of views , but the staff make up for that with their helpful, accommodating, and attentive service. Well priced and the music is not at club volume impeding conversation. Parking is taken off your bill and it's accessible!
Great service and amazing food. Not your average hotel restaurant. It will exceed your expectations!
Very nice place to come for a casual drink or dinner. Great interior. Staff is very attentive. Our dinner tasted great.
